A New Beginning

Change is constant and even inevitable. Change also brings opportunity. This blogspot is a new way to reach out to the members of the ODBR. My mission through this blog is to serve each of you by providing information, insight, and advice to assist you in your lives as Realtors®. As President I want to reach out to each of our members and foster a stronger sense of community and fellowship as we strive together toward the same goals while mutually enriching each other along the way.



Time is too precious a commodity to waste upon yet another thing to do or another article to read. I am very aware that your time is valuable and is best spent cultivating your relationships with buyers and sellers, as well as listing and selling properties. My goal in this blog is to provide a place you will want to visit and where you will receive, what I hope will be, very valuable information in a concise and quick-to-read format that will strenghten you and assist you in what you do best - sell real estate.



2008 will be a year of great opportunities. It will also present some challenges. Opportunities + challenges = growth and wisdom. As we go throughout this year, let's have a thirst for knowledge, a passion for providing great service to our clients and customers, ethics and business practices above reproach, and a reputation for excellence in everything we do.
